Don’t we all want to be remembered?
Whether it be for business or your future great grandchildren, a professional portrait or headshot serves as an eternal memory of you. Your role is to be authentically and unapologetically yourself, while mine is to capture your unique essence. Let’s document and celebrate the person that you are, and what is important to you at this point in time.

My friend Murray is sitting down in his small one bedroom commission unit. He struggles to feed himself and begs at my local Aldi store. That is where l first met him. I would always stop for a chat. I wanted him to know that l saw him. People like Murray are lonely because society shuns them. Most folk are too scared to stop, say hello, how are you? He was a real nice guy who had fallen on hard times. That is all
Murray is a pretty relaxed sort of guy. I met him at my local Aldi store. Over a year we got to know each other. He was a beggar. Not ashamed of it either. I asked if l could photograph him at his home and he agreed. On the day l felt quite comfortable .He is a heavy weed smoker and the unit was full of cannabis plumes. He is a gentle, intelligent soul . Sadly Aldi kicked him off their premises and l don't get to see him often now
To celebrate the essence of life and the sanctity of human connection...that is the driving force behind Sliding Door Photography.
